Your application form
- Typed cover letter in French presenting the student's mobility project and his/her academic and professional objectives
- CV with photo, specifying the level of English / Korean / Chinese / Japanese
- Copy of university transcripts (since L1 + baccalaureate). Provide a translation in English of the transcripts (depending on the destination: certified translation or translation verified by the DRI according to the template provided).
- Proof of English level by a teacher or certification (IELSTS, TOEIC, TOEFL) or Japanese (JLPT)
- Letter of recommendation
- Pre-selection of the courses chosen in agreement with the academic head of the program in order to prepare the study contract (study contract to be downloaded from the website or requested from the IR manager).
Before applying
- Check your eligibility with the academic head of the course in which you will be enrolled during the mobility year and/or with the International Relations Referent of your faculty;
- Then, to prepare your application, contact your international mobility manager at the International Relations Office of your faculty (DRI-Campus) or at the International Relations Service (SRI) of your faculty.

Financial and insurance documents
To apply for admission to the WCC, students must demonstrate sufficient funds available during their stay in Japan.
At least JPY 120,000 must be available as monthly living expenses while studying abroad at the university.
As part of the application materials, students are required to submit financial supporting documents.
- One semester exchange: JPY 120,000 *6 months=JPY 720,000
- One year exchange: 120 000JPY *12 months=1 440 000 JPY
Attention: Japanese health insurance is mandatory.
