Activity "Students involved in the institutional life of the establishment": thisbonus is designed to reward students' involvement in the institutional life of the establishment and the structures in charge of university works, whether it be: AMU Central Council (Board of Directors, Research Commission, CFVU), Component Council, Department Councils within the components (in certain cases, critical size), CROUS Board of Directors. Location : Aix-Marseille University campuses and sites.

Places offered: The bonus may be offered to students elected to one of the above-mentioned bodies.
Website and registration : Candidates must complete the application form and send it to their campus BVE.
We expect the elected candidate to be involved in institutional life and to participate in working groups or related commissions of AMU or CROUS bodies.

Grading : 2 grading levels
+0.25: awarded to students who attend all meetings of the Board of Directors for the semester in question (without demonstrating any particular commitment).
+0.50: for a student who attends the Board meetings of the semester concerned and demonstrates a strong commitment to institutional life through participation in preparatory or related Board work (participation in related WGs or commissions (FSDIE, COVE, etc.), in Board meetings, significant and regular contributions to Board meetings).
Methods of collecting results :
The BVE gathers assessment data from the Departments overseeing the work of the Central Councils (DEVE, DRV, DAJI) and Components on an objective and binding basis:
- Council attendance lists
- Attendance list or letter from the head of the related WG or committee attesting to participation in meetings.
Grades are awarded by the component director.
