Students from L1 to M1 involved in mathematics tutoring

Description: Seeks to enhance the investment of AMU students in supporting middle and high school students in urban policy neighborhoods. Students provide tutoring in mathematics during the school year.

 

Location : All AMU sites

Places offered : No limit

Website and registration : E-mail sent to students with registration link. Tutoring is then managed by the Rectorat. Training is provided by the Rectorat/ Tutoring is mainly distance learning. Students enrolled from L1 onwards in the following components FS, Polytech, FSS, FEG, IUT.

 

Skills : Support, organization, involvement.

 

Grading:

The list of tutors is sent to the coordinating teacher by the Rectorat. A bonus is awarded to a student who accompanies a student for one tutoring session per week.

The bonus will then be passed on to the components from which the student originates by the coordinating teacher.

2 levels of gradation:

+0.25 : for students who complete at least 6 out of 12 tutoring sessions per semester.

+0.50: for students who complete at least 10 out of 12 sessions per semester.

 

Methods of collecting results :

The AMU tutoring coordinator sends the list of tutors who have validated the bonus as part of this commitment to the school department of the component concerned.
