As part of its commitment to sustainable development, Aix-Marseille Université is organizing a collection operation offering you the chance to drop off your used private electrical appliances and take part in a socially responsible project.
For this project to collect reusable and/or recyclable equipment, AMU is teaming up with Entreprise Adaptée EVA, a company that shares our university's values.
This organization employs staff with disabilities, and its mission is to collect waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) for reuse or recycling.
Some of the reusable equipment will be donated on a means-tested basis to underprivileged students.
A campaign to make reconditioned equipment available is scheduled for the start of the 2024-2025 academic year.
This project was set up by DEPIL's Logistics Department, in collaboration with the Sustainable Development Department and the Common Documentation Service.
This collection operation is organized between April 2 and 19, 2024.
