The International Relations Department is pleased to invite you to the Closing Party - Spring Edition to celebrate the end of the academic year!
You loved it for the first time, and now the Closing Party is back to offer you an equally memorable experience! Music, entertainment and fun moments await you to end the academic year on a high note. Get ready for a friendly evening that will allow you to unwind during the exam period and share moments with other AMU students.
Join us on May 2, 2024 at 6pm, in Salle de conférences 3-050, Campus Saint-Charles, Marseille.
On the program
- 6.30pm: Student welcome
- 7pm: Welcome speech
- 7:15pm: Beginning of animations
- Photobooth
- Find your Buddy and Tombola
- Karaoke - 8:00 pm: Opening of the buffet
- 10:00 pm: Raffle draw
- 10:30 pm: End of evening
Wondering what the "Trouve ton Buddy " activity is all about?
A colored sticker will be given to you at random on arrival. It's up to you to put together a quartet and come to the "Trouve Ton Buddy " booths to answer a few questions. Then enter your name in the draw for a chance to win one of the prizes.
Practical information
Registration
To take part in the event, register before April 30 at noon (Paris time) using the link sent to you by e-mail. Places are limited, so be sure to register early to guarantee your participation in the evening!
Access to the evening will only be granted on presentation of your student card and verification of the registration list.
Transportation
Students from the Aix-en-Provence Campus can take bus 50 from the Gare Routière to the Marseille Saint-Charles Campus. Don't forget to check the time of the last shuttle bus!
Please note that transportation is not covered by the university.
