TOEIC

AMU's Service Universitaire des Langues - SUL - is an accredited center of Educational Testing Services - ETS - and, as such, organizes test sessions for TOEIC Listening & Reading paper-based test (PBT), institutional sessions*.

Sessions are generally open to all, unless otherwise specified.

Enrolment in person at our offices in St-Charles (CARLAM)**, on presentation of the student card (or certificate of enrolment) and payment by bank card or cheque (made payable to "Agent comptable AMU"), and the completed pre-registration form (available to download from this page).

1. Sessions calendar

Dates for future sessions will be announced below as soon as they have been confirmed. SUL generally offers one TOEIC session per month.
Sessions are open to a limited number of places.

PLACE: Marseille, AMU site 63, Canebière
TIME: From 8:45am to 12pm (unless otherwise indicated)

1.1. Sessions for undergraduates in Licence 3**

• May 24th, 2024
  • Registrations from April 22nd to May 6th

** PLEASE NOTE: until the end of March, 3rd year undergraduates can only register for the specific L3 sessions, reserved excusively for them.

1.2. Sessions for non-L3 students 

• April 5th, 2024 
  • Registrations from March 8th to 21st
• June 4th, 2024 
  • Registrations from May 17th to 30th

2. Fees

• AMU students: 65 euros

   

All registrations are final and no refunds will be given for any reason whatsoever.

3. Registration procedure

3.1. Individual candidates

1. Choose the session you wish to register for, according to your status or study level .
2. Fill in the pre-registration form legibly (available from the secretary's office or downloadable from this page).
3. Registration in our student office Marseille St-Charles (CARLAM)**, payment by credit card or cheque

3.2. Test takers with disabilities: important information

Candidates must complete and return the Test session accommodation request form and send the ETS validation to the SUL before registering for a test session.
Please note that this request must be made approximately 4 weeks before the date of the chosen session (the validation is nevertheless valid for the entire academic year).

3.3. Registration procedure for AMU structures

Contact the SUL Certifications Department via the contact form ("Certifications" section).

4. Results

It takes approximately 3 weeks to receive the score certificates. Check this page ("sessions" section) for availability .
The Score Certificate are to be collected at the SUL - Aix-en-Provence office.

Past sessions

• November 10th, 2023: Results available at the SUL-Aix student office
• December 1st, 2023: Results available at the SUL-Aix student office
• December 15th, 2023: Results available at the SUL-Aix student office
• January 19th, 2024: Results available (in Aix or Marseille, specified in the email that the candidates have received)
• January 26th, 2024 

5. Additional information

The provisions of the University Exam Charter do not apply to the TOEIC test. By taking this test, you accept the conditions imposed by ETS. Please read the information in the Candidate's Manual.

* NOTA BENE: SUL organizes 2-hour TOEIC Listening and Reading table-top sessions in the "Institutional Session" format. Candidates receive a secure paper score certificate after the test.
