PROCESS DEMATERIALIZATION

The objective of dematerialization is to modernize business processes through :

- Process optimization
- A gain in efficiency for the actors involved
- Saving processing time
- An improved user satisfaction
- An integration into AMU informatic system
- Connections with AMU business applications

  • Coordinate the business process modernization strategy defined by the Strategic Modernization Committee
  • Support AMU structures in their dematerialization project

Partial assumption of responsibility for subscriptions (PCTA)

4,200 subscriptions entered by 1,600 applicants since 1 July 2019
3,800 sent to 50 HR managers

  • including 3,650 validated in 11 days on average and 10,130 payments made
Research contracts (DRV and PROTISVALOR)

1250 projects entered since June 2019

  • including 210 during the first lockdown
  • with activity maintained during the COVID crisis compared to 2019
