Involvement of students further along in their studies (from L2 to M1) sponsoring L1, L2 and/or L3 students

Description:

Seeks to enhance the investment of L2 to M1 students in supporting new L1, L2 and/or L3 students, whether as part of :

- simple sponsorship,

- more advanced (but unpaid) tutoring.

Grading :

2 grading levels:

+0,25 : for the completion of a simple mentoring activity (welcoming newcomers, helping them to find their way around the campus and surrounding area).

+0,50 : rewarding a student who offers more advanced pedagogical support (in particular help with revisions, documentary research, etc.) as part of a program supervised by the component (managed directly or delegated to an association but supervised by the component).

Methods of collecting results

The component's Registrar's Office, in consultation with the teacher in charge of coordinating the sponsorship or tutoring scheme, collects the assessment data for evaluation by the coordinating teacher.

The latter directly proposes student assessments for advanced tutoring.
