Integration events for students in diploma courses

Welcome to the page dedicated to the integration of international students in degree programs. Each year, the International Relations Department organizes integration activities for students who are taking a degree course.

Integration program

Each year, Aix-Marseille University welcomes more than 4,500 new students from all over the world. The university strives to provide each of them with a quality welcome that will enable them to integrate easily into their new environment.
The events proposed by the International Relations Department (DRI) listed below are part of the welcome program set up by the university.

Integration activities

Activité intégration

The DRI offers all its new international students one integration activity per semester. These events are a time for sharing and exchanging ideas, and will allow you to meet new people, create links and discover the region and its exceptional heritage.

Welcome evening

In October, the International Relations Department, in collaboration with the Culture and Society Department, organizes a welcome evening for all the students of the University. A special time before the evening is devoted to more than a hundred international students, who gather for a cocktail. A highlight of the new academic year, it reflects AMU's desire to honor and facilitate the integration of French and international students in a friendly musical atmosphere.

The Christmas meal

Some students do not have the chance to return to their home country to enjoy the end-of-year celebrations with their families. At the DRI, we believe that these moments of life should be shared. Because we are committed to the well-being of our students, we organize a Christmas meal under the sign of the relationship with others and benevolence to bring sweetness and warmth to those who need it most.
