1. Presentation
The OSU Institut Pythéas brings together five laboratories of excellence in observational sciences in Astronomy, Oceanography, Ecology, Geoscience and Environment, in order to rethink the coordination of observation services and structuring transversal scientific research projects and to increase the European and international attractiveness of these disciplines at Aix-Marseille University. It participates in the reflection on AMU's new teaching offer. The Master's level courses (in particular Master of Oceanography and Master of Terrestrial Environmental Sciences) attached to the OSU Pytheas Institute and the doctoral level courses at the Doctoral School of Environmental Sciences cover this broad spectrum. It is a component of the Science Department of this University.
