Le CréaLab est une entité de l'InCIAM, Institut d’établissement d’Aix-Marseille Université. Il s'agit d'un centre d'expertise, de conseil et de valorisation dont l'objectif principal est de soutenir des demandes d’expertise, de conseil et de consultation émanant du tissu économique et social. Ces demandes seront traitées par le tissu académique des laboratoires universitaires affiliés à l’InCIAM, son comité de pilotage et sa cellule de coordination
Le CréaLab est un centre d’expertise spécialisé dans les domaines de la Créativité et de l’Innovation en relation avec les sujets de l’éducation, de la santé et du travail.
Le CréaLab propose d’assurer l’élaboration, le déploiement et la valorisation de missions dans ces périmètres de domaines.
La ventilation des rôles des acteurs au sein du CréaLab
Chaque mission commence par une analyse détaillée de la demande que le Client présente aux membres de la cellule centralisatrice de coordination pour une écoute et une première définition du processus et des objectifs dont la mise en place permettra de mener à de bonnes fins le projet.
En vue d’accompagner le Client pour les différentes étapes de son projet, la demande donnera lieu à la constitution d’une Équipe sur mesure adaptée aux tenants et aboutissants en jeu et d’un porteur du projet. Cette mise en lien est tissée par le Comité de pilotage et la Cellule de coordination.
Les membres de cette équipe sur mesure émanent des 17 laboratoires affiliés à l’InCIAM ou encore de l’un de ses autres partenaires académiques et ou socio-économique selon le contexte et les besoins du maître d’œuvre et de la mission.

Nature
La nature des prestations proposées est en lien avec les domaines de l’éducation, de la santé et du travail et couvrent les compétences dans les activités suivantes, en mode gestion de projet classique et ou agile en fonction des enjeux discutés avec le Client :
Avec une approche transverse sur l’ensemble des domaines précités :
- des activités de recherches scientifiques et de développement scientifiques ;
- des activités de design ;
- des activités ayant un lien avec l’art ;
Avec une approche davantage ciblée sur l’un des domaines de compétences de l’InCIAM (éducation-santé-travail) :
- des activités ayant un lien avec la gestion, avec l’ingénierie (y-compris pédagogique), avec le contrôle technique ainsi que les analyses techniques ;
- des activités d’étude de marché et de benchmarking ;
- des activités d’information et de communication (NTIC).

Coordination du CréaLab :
The CréaLab is an entity of the InCIAM, an institute of Aix-Marseille University. It is a center of expertise, advice and valorization whose main objective is to support requests for expertise, advice and consultation from the economic and social fabric. These requests will be processed by the academic fabric of the university laboratories affiliated to the InCIAM, its steering committee and its coordination unit.

The breakdown of the roles of the actors within CréaLab
Each mission begins with a detailed analysis of the request that the Client presents to the members of the central coordinating unit for a listening and a first definition of the process and the objectives whose implementation will allow to bring the project to a successful conclusion.
In order to accompany the Client for the different stages of his project, the request will lead to the constitution of a tailor-made team adapted to the ins and outs of the project. This linkage is woven by the steering committee and the coordination unit.
The members of this tailor-made team come from the 17 laboratories affiliated with InCIAM or from one of its other academic or socio-economic partners, depending on the context and the needs of the project manager and the mission.

With a transverse approach on all the above mentioned domains

With a more targeted approach on one of the fields of competence of the InCIAM (education-health-work):
- activities with a link to management, to engineering (including pedagogical), to technical control as well as technical analysis;
