EJCAM - School of Journalism and Communication of Aix-Marseille

1. Presentation

Created in November 1982, the School of Journalism and Communication of Aix-Marseille (EJCAM) is a component of Aix-Marseille University which welcomes nearly 300 students each year. His specialty Journalism is recognized by the Collective Agreement of Journalists. His Master's degree in Communication and Digital Content offers a specialization in the new professions of Internet and communication. His Polyvalent Master's degree prepares him for further doctoral studies or consulting assignments. EJCAM is firmly committed to lifelong learning by welcoming students as part of their continuing education.

A DU Presse magazine is also available. The school is in contact with professional organisations in the fields of communication, new media and new technologies. In addition to its team of 9 permanent teachers, it relies on more than a hundred external speakers. EJCAM is dedicated to teaching and research in the fields of journalism and new information and communication professions: content manager, ICT project manager, social networks and communication 2.0. The school thus meets the considerable needs for press, audiovisual and Web journalists, media executives, communicators and integrators who are familiar with new technologies and Internet and Intranet applications.
