Origins Institute event - Round table: "What lives in the Universe?

From March 6 to 8, 2024, Marseille will host the scientific team of the CHEOPS space mission, a telescope designed to characterize exoplanets. Alongside this scientific meeting, we're organizing a round-table event for the general public on the theme:

"What life in the Universe?"

Hosted by Mathieu Vidard of France Inter, it will give the floor to eminent scientists: Didier Queloz,co-discoverer of the first exoplanet around a star similar to the Sun, Chantal Abergel, biologist, specialist in viruses, Athena Cousténis, astrophysicist, specialist in solar system satellites, and Perig Pitrou, philosopher and anthropologist.

This round table will take place on March 7 at 18:30, at the Palais du Pharo salle La Major, 2ᵉ floor, (300 seats available). It will be open to the general public free of charge.
