JPO Resumption of Studies and Validation of Acquired Knowledge

Within the framework of a partnership with the Southern Region, the Aix-Marseille University Continuing Vocational Training Department is organising an Open Day (JPO) "Resumption of Studies and Validation of Acquired Knowledge" on Tuesday 23rd June 2020.

In order to continue to maintain the link with our vocational training trainees, institutional partners, financers and professional, associative, industrial and individual actors, Aix-Marseille University for its 2020 edition is organising its JPO FC online, via an immersive platform.

Bringing together the technology of video games with a team of professionals and teacher-researchers represented by avatars will allow for individual or collective exchanges with participants and our partners.

They will be able to build and customize their itinerary on the virtual university campus.

Indeed, this innovative, interactive and daring JPO will be an opportunity for everyone to discover the different mechanisms for resuming studies and validating acquired knowledge and to discuss individual professional projects or company projects or skills development and its financing.

The Aix-Marseille University Continuing Professional Development team, the teaching team, regional players and funders present on the platform will answer live all questions relating to the resumption of studies and the validation of prior learning.

June 23rd will be an opportunity to learn about employability, change management and the professions of tomorrow.

AMU's training and services offer is rich and diversified, covering economic, human and technological disciplines, and is available in different formats: diploma courses, short, modular, tailor-made for companies, combining various hybrid teaching methods, blended-learning, face-to-face, and AFEST will be available throughout the day.

A speed-dating "From analysis of training needs to tailor-made training" is proposed to identify and build your projects today for your business tomorrow. Devices, specific tools and financial levers will be presented to you.

PROGRAM

Stands from 10 am to 5 pm on the training offer and the specific vocational training provisions.

A conference on assessments, skills, careers and seniors will take place at 11.15 a.m.: how to create a new dynamic in your professional career?

Thematic round tables (resumption of studies, VAE and financing) will be led by continuing vocational training stakeholders in the afternoon from 14:00 to 17:00:

2:00 pm: The resumption of studies in continuing education, facilities and difficulties? Does professional experience help the resumption of studies?

15h00: The VAE: 4th way to obtain a diploma, a sufficiently valued device ?

16.00 : Financing of return to school and validation of prior learning: co-financing in vocational training, a strategic lever for the individual and the company?
