Communiqué de presse AMU et ANOM

Aix-Marseille Université (AMU), represented by the Vice-President of the Board of Directors, Maryline CRIVELLO, and the Archives Nationales d'Outre-Mer (ANOM), represented by its Director, Isabelle DION, will formalize on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, the signing of a framework agreement between our two institutions in the presence of AMU's teacher-researchers who are particularly involved in researching ANOM's archival collections.

This five-year partnership is the concrete expression of a shared desire for scientific, teaching, cultural, heritage and artistic collaboration.
Scientific and research collaboration: collaboration may take the form of co-authored publications, participation in and/or co-organisation of scientific events, colloquia, seminars, study days, or any other form of research promotion aimed at the general public.

Aix-Marseille Université may consider complementary activities carried out within the framework of doctoral contracts for the ANOM, depending on the skills and specifications that the ANOM will provide.

Collaboration with AMU training courses: Aix-Marseille Université teachers may request ANOM staff for teaching interventions. The ANOM will also be able to welcome Bachelor 3 and Master students for internships.

Cultural, heritage and artistic collaboration: Aix-Marseille Université and the ANOM wish to engage in a joint programme of cultural, scientific and heritage events with the aim of enhancing the scientific, artistic, tangible or intangible heritage of the partners in order to promote science and the dissemination of knowledge for all.

In compliance with the health measures in force, this event will be held behind closed doors.
