4th International Theatre Week of AMU

The 4th International Theatre Week of Aix-Marseille Université offers, from March 17 to 24, 2023, a rich program : colloquiums, study days, conferences, readings, and round tables based on shows from the 2022-2023 season of our partner theaters as well as student shows from our training programs.

Building on the success of its previous editions, the International Theatre Week is now an eagerly awaited event that celebrates the encounter between scientific research, contemporary creation and artistic practices, weaving a unique link between our university and its cultural territory.

At a time when Europe is prey to the convulsions of war and the uncertainties of globalization, this 4th International Theatre Week "Les théâtres du réel" intends to show how the theater is the privileged place of a thought of the contemporary world.

We look forward to seeing you on our campuses and in our partner theaters!

This 4th edition has the privilege to be placed under the high patronage of Marcel Bozonnet, former director of the Comédie Française.

Find out the full program and discover the highlight of this week: Monday, March 20, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. on the St. Charles site (Espace Fernand Pouillon) for the reading-show "Le Molière imaginaire" by Marcel Bozonnet, in the presence of AMU President Eric Berton.

Admission to this event is free: register here.
