Launch of the 1st immersion actions "Teste ton Sup" 2022-2023 in the framework of PANORAMA!

A first immersion is scheduled for November 17 on the Schuman campus from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. Nearly 50 students from the Lycée Felix Esclangon in Manosque are expected to attend. Three other immersions are planned for the first semester with senior students.
The SUIO team in charge of managing this program will be able to count, as it did last year, on the mobilization of doctoral students via the DRV's Cellule de Culture Scientifique et Technique (Scientific and Technical Culture Unit) and librarians for the organization of discovery workshops. The components are also more numerous to mobilize teachers-researchers for the animation of TP/TD or courses (ALLSH, IMPGT, FDSP, FEG, FS, FSS, IUT, SMPM).

Student emissaries are also present to welcome and visit groups of students, discuss student life and provide logistical support. This year, more than 100 students are registered for the bonus over the whole year.
As a reminder, the aim of the "Teste ton Sup" action is to help students discover a field of training related to their choice of specialties and field of study during an immersion program. A program of varied and complementary activities is offered to a maximum of 50 students: a fun visit to the campus, an orientation workshop, meetings with emissary students, a library discovery workshop, a TD/TP/course with a research teacher, a research discovery workshop with a doctoral student, etc.

The PANORAMA program is a structuring project carried out by Aix-Marseille Université, which has been awarded the France 2030 label. Each year, it offers information, support and immersion activities for high school students, as well as meetings with secondary school actors in the context of the bac-3/bac+3 link. It is aimed primarily at schools located in urban policy districts or rural/remote areas of the Aix-Marseille academy and the Var region.
In 2021-2022, 479 activities dedicated to career guidance (excluding JPOs and fairs) reached nearly 16,000 high school students and 630 teaching teams from 46 schools. In 2022-2023, the goal is to reach 80 schools, 49 of which are monitored by Aix-Marseille University.
