Rosa Cossart of the CNRS receives the Liliane Bettencourt Prize 2019

Researcher Rosa Cossart, team leader and director of INMED (AMU - Inserm) received the Bettencourt-Schueller Foundation award for her work on memory.

20 researchers were honoured on 20 November 2019 at the Institut de France during a ceremony to award the Bettencourt Schueller Foundation's scientists' prizes.

The winner of the Liliane Bettencourt Prize for Life Sciences is Rosa Cossart, CNRS Research Director and Director of Inmed (Institut de neurobiologie de la Méditerranée).

The support of the Bettencourt-Schueller Foundation, which rewards research projects on major public health themes, will finance the acquisition of a multi-sensory virtual reality environment system.

In 2008, Rosa Cossart had already received the Bettencourt Coups d'élan prize for French research.
