It invites us to consider the development of knowledge about the revolts against which the governing authorities deployed armed troops throughout the 19th century. It focuses on the use and influence of the knowledge produced on the revolt in the political and social re-ordering of the movement, and on the place of these events in the disciplinary corpus concerned. It also looks at the knowledge developed within the revolting populations.
For the first time, a study by a multi-disciplinary team of researchers from Aix-Marseille Université and Sorbonne Paris Nord University, including specialists in the fields of communication, nutrition, epidemiology and public health, has shown that displaying the Nutri-Score on food products in advertisements would lead consumers to choose healthier foods. This work was published on April 16 in the International Journal of Behavioral Nutrition and Physical Activity.
Members of U7+, the international alliance of universities of which Aix-Marseille Université is a member, gathered at Bocconi University for their annual summit. On this occasion, representatives of member universities drafted a declaration urging G7 leaders to work together to remove barriers and improve access to education worldwide.
The second edition of "GIG Days" took place on March 25-26-27, still led by the GIG (Geometry and Computer Graphics) course of the "Computer Science" master's degree (UFR Sciences). Following the success of the first edition, which took place in June 2023, these days were once again funded by the TIGER project (Transform and Innovate in Graduate Education with Research), winner of the France 2030 investment program.
