CROUS University Housing Facilities

CROUS university halls of residence are student-only residences subsidized by the state. The CROUS offers some of the lowest rents on the market (€200 on average for a room) while allowing students to benefit from CAF housing aid. This is why it is the most sought after type of housing for students.

Getting a room in a university residence hall is only possible for Master's students and above. Bachelor's students are not eligible.

The residence halls are co-ed, i.e., boys and girls mix in the common areas and bathrooms.

Private student residences
