ROLE OF THE DOCTORAL STUDENT'S INDIVIDUAL MONITORING COMMITTEE
Ensure the smooth running of the doctoral student's university curriculum
Evaluate training conditions
Evaluates research progress
Makes recommendations
Prevents all forms of conflict, discrimination or harassment.
Does not participate in the supervision of the doctoral student's work (No opinion on the substance)

ACTIONS

  • Ensure the smooth running of the curriculum

Limit abandonment

Accompany the doctoral student in case of difficulties

Support in case of problems

Receives the doctoral student and his supervisors separately

  • Evaluates research progress

Ask the doctoral student about the planned timetable

Organizes a mid-term defense

  • Submits an annual report

Makes recommendations to thesis directors, the doctoral school and the doctoral student

Gives advice on re-registration

  • Evaluate training conditions
