Arrival by plane at Marseille Provence Airport

Marseille Provence Airport is located 32 km from Aix-en-Provence and 27 km from Marseille.
To get from “Marseille-Provence” (MP) airport to the centers of Aix or Marseille, there are two possibilities:

1. Shuttle bus
   Tickets are sold online, at the ticket office in front of Terminal 2 of the airport. Outside the ticket office opening hours, you can buy the ticket directly on the bus.
   
   Fare: 10 € one way
   
   Duration of the trip:
   Line 40 : Airport MP : > Aix bus station : 30 minutes c.a. (every day, from 6:05 am to 10:05 pm, departure every 30 minutes)
   Line 91 : Airport MP : > Marseille Saint Charles bus station : about 25 minutes (every day between 04h10 to 01h30, departure every 20 minutes)

Arrival by TGV

1. At Aix-en-Provence TGV train station
   The Aix TGV train station is located 10 km from Aix-en-Provence (not to be confused with the SNCF train station, which is located in the city centre of Aix-en-Provence).
   A shuttle service to downtown Aix is available.
   
   Duration of the trip:
   Line 40 : Aix TGV train station : Aix TGV train station < > Aix bus terminal: 15 minutes c.a. (every day between 05h45 and 00h35, departures every 15 minutes)

   6 € one way
    
2. At the Marseille Saint Charles train station
   The St Charles train station is located in the city centre of Marseille. From the station, you will be able to join the urban transport network of the city of Marseille (RTM) including buses, metros and trams.

Arrival by bus

1. At Aix-en-Provence bus station
   The bus station of Aix-en-Provence is slightly outside the city centre. You can take city buses to reach your final destination or walk.
    
2. At Marseille Saint Charles bus station
   The bus station of Marseille is located in Marseille Saint Charles train station, in the city center of Marseille. From the station, you will be able to join the urban transport network of the city of Marseille (RTM) including buses, metro and tramway.
