BOUGE AMU 2021 IS?

BOUGE AMU 2021 is a connected sports challenge open to AMU students and staff that brings together several sports disciplines such as running, road / mountain biking, rollerblading or cross-country skiing... At the beginning of each month, group and/or individual challenges will be announced on the Facebook group: Lesrendez-vous Sport AMU!

The main objective of BOUGE AMU 2021 is to accumulate as many kilometres as possible in the sport of one's choice, but above all to encourage regular physical activity by AMU students and staff throughout the year.

The April challenge will be marked by a confrontation between Aix-en-ProvenceVS Marseille AMU (students & staff combined) over a total distance of 6,000 kms to be achieved collectively. Several individual objectives will be set for this monthly challenge, such as the most original GPS track or the passing of symbolic milestones every 500 kms.

It's very simple to participate!

1. Connect to the Facebook group: lesrendez-vous Sport AMU
All the information related to the monthly challenges will be announced at the beginning of each month.

2. Accumulate the most kilometers with your application / connected watch
Reach your goals by practicing as many times as you want in the sport discipline of your choice: running, cycling, rollerblading, cross-country skiing...

3. Share your GPS tracks from your application
Share your information under the Facebook post on the group Les Rendezvous Sport AMU related to the challenge by showing the discipline, the distance and the GPS track of the course.

4. Many prizes to be won
Every month, our partners will give you the opportunity to win many prizes.
