As part of the Festival du jeu de l'oie - Festival international des arts et des sciences humaines et sociales dans la société* - Aix-Marseille Université is pleased to invite the residents of Aix-en-Provence to discover the Robert Schuman university site, which has been completely renovated thanks to the Opération campus. Launched in February 2008 and built on a call for projects, this operation made it possible to modernize the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, Languages and Social Sciences, the Faculty of Law and Political Science, the site's university libraries, Le Cube, the Maison de la Recherche and the Porte Bâtiment... Officially inaugurated on April 18 by ESRI Minister Frédérique Vidal, this new campus was designed to provide Aix-Marseille University with a site of excellence in Aix-en-Provence that is structured, identified, scientifically coherent and renewed in order to encourage as many people as possible to meet the challenge of higher education and integration through knowledge.
The City of Aix-en-Provence supports Operation Campus and the first edition of the Festival du jeu de l'Oie. As part of this festival, the day of June 20 will be dedicated to a better knowledge of the world of video games, economic or legal, educational or artistic universe. A space for games and short film screenings will be accessible to the public.
