Our Commitment to Quality

A Policy Led by the University

A major driver of professional development and competitiveness, the For’Pro service coordinates and implements the university president’s policy within Aix-Marseille University, under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation, as well as the Ministry of Labor.

ISO 9001-certified since 2012, For’Pro has guided all of amU’s professional training programs toward obtaining FCU Véritas and Qualicert QOF quality certifications, thereby meeting the requirements of funding agencies as of 2017. We are also Qualiopi-certified, in accordance with current legislation.

A quality approach aligned with the law

Our commitment to quality is fully in line with the criteria defined by the Act of March 5, 2014 , on vocational training, employment, and social democracy.

Our quality policy:

Driven by the university’s mission , “Explore to Build Society,” For’Pro reaffirms its commitment to supporting our university’s transformation while ensuring the quality of its services, as recognized by ISO 9001:2015 and Qualiopi certifications.

Transformation, adaptability, and experimentation are essential to addressing the challenges of today and tomorrow, and they inspire us to:

  • Devise and adopt collaborative and innovative approaches

  • Reinvent our work methods

  • Place the learner—a key player in our approach—at the center of our efforts

This dynamic mobilizes all our resources: teams, departments, laboratories, institutes, and partners from the socioeconomic and cultural sectors, as well as employment stakeholders and funding agencies.

Our mission is to bring vocational training to life and promote it within our ecosystem, thereby offering everyone access to inclusive, high-quality training.

Our priorities for 2025:

  1. Promote a culture of Lifelong Learning (LLL): by placing this approach at the heart of our practices and collaborating with our departments and partners to address skills challenges at every stage of one’s professional life.

  2. Strengthening a collaborative and supportive culture: by committing to creating an inclusive and respectful environment that values the diversity of learners and employees, within a framework that fosters well-being and harmonious coexistence, enabling everyone to thrive.

  3. Integrating Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR) issues: by actively contributing to the sustainable development master plan, thereby incorporating these principles into our practices, programs, and services.

  4. Evolving our offerings: by continuing to adapt our training programs through pedagogical innovation, in response to the expectations of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation (MESRI), our partner institutions, and our learners. We ensure that we incorporate regulatory, economic, digital, societal, and environmental changes.

Toward a Shared and Collective Approach:

The success of this quality policy relies primarily on collective effort, aligned with the governance roadmap and the training strategy, and inspired by our President’s vision: “Explore to Build Society.”

#Together, let’s make vocational training a vehicle and a catalyst for transformation and innovation that has a strong societal impact.

The ISO 9001 Standard

An international standard whose primary goal is to improve the services offered and increase beneficiary satisfaction. It is granted for a period of 3 years by an accredited body, with annual follow-up audits. Our department is committed to a process of **continuous improvement.** This quality approach serves as a major driver in team management and fosters change in the following areas:

  • Human Resources: organization, engagement, and motivation of teams

  • Planning and overseeing training initiatives

  • Implementation of procedures and transparency

  • Projectdevelopment and management: monitoring milestones and ensuring reliability

  • Evaluation of services provided: traceability, vigilance, and satisfaction measurement

We conduct an internal audit every year, followed by a process review and a management review.

Internal Regulations and General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Like any public institution, For'Pro has its own internal regulations applicable to all individuals involved in vocational training. The training market is subject to certain commercial activity rules, and its sales processes adhere to a legal framework governing the transaction. The general terms and conditions of sale define the legal framework for services, specify the responsibilities of each party, and help minimize disputes.

Qualiopi Certification:

For’Pro is the first French university to have obtained, despite the COVID-19 health crisis, the national Qualiopi certification on July 31, 2020, under the Act of September 5, 2018, on the Freedom to Choose One’s Professional Future, in order to meet this national requirement as soon as possible. This certification, renewed following audits in May 2022 and May 2024, attests to the quality of our training programs, skills assessments, and validation of prior learning.
