The "Bienvenue en France" Label

Resultats BEF

In July 2019, AMU obtained the "Welcome to France" label for international students, making it one of the first 25 accredited institutions in France.

The Bienvenue en France / Choose France strategy

This strategy will allow to develop measures to improve reception (French as a Foreign Language (FLE) courses, English language courses, sponsorship programmes, etc.), in particular through the accreditation of institutions. As part of this strategy, differentiated tuition fees have been introduced for non-EU students who will enter the French higher education system at the beginning of the 2019 academic year at the bachelor's or master's level. An exemption system has also been developed.

In July 2019, AMU obtained the "Bienvenue en France" label for international students, making it one of the first 25 accredited institutions in France.

This label was awarded on Monday, July 8, 2019, by Frédérique VIDAL, Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, as part of the Campus France meetings. This label guarantees the quality of the welcome organised by the institution for the benefit of international students. It includes 5 areas: the quality and accessibility of information; the quality and accessibility of reception facilities; the quality and accessibility of training provision and support for teaching; housing and the quality of life on campus; and the quality of post-graduate monitoring.
This is an asset in terms of attractiveness for AMU, which is in addition to the efforts already underway to ensure a quality arrival for our international students. (reception desk, FLE courses, welcome booklet, integration weeks, welcome evenings, etc...).
