- Reception team General orientation, referral to the right person within the university, help with making appointments with our partners
- Housing : Help in finding housing, advice
- Banks : Opening a bank account and/or subscribing to banking offers
- Insurance : Subscription to home insurance, civil liability and complementary health insurance
- Health : Affiliation to the social security system
- Integration territory and leisure: Finding a job, CV/cover letter workshop; Participating in events
