The governance of the ITEM Institute is ensured by several complementary bodies. The Executive Committee of ITEM ensures the smooth running of the operations according to the objectives of the Institute.

Role of the Executive Committee

The Executive Committee of the Institut ITEM analyses the actions of the Institute according to the initial objectives, in order to optimise the technical, operational and scientific orientations of the Institute. It draws up proposals for the Institute's research, training and development activities. It implements the recommendations of the Scientific and Training Advisory Board.

The Executive Committee of the Institut ITEM is composed of the members of the Bureau and the representatives of the following sub-groups appointed by the Institute Council:

Research Axis 1 - Analysis of socio-environmental changes
Research Theme 2 - Resource Management
Research Axis 3 - Resilience of societies to risks
Interface / Interdisciplinarity
Observation / Platform
International
