Digital services

The CIPE assists students in mastering the digital tools of the university, essential tools for the success of their university training. These digital tools and services are accessible through the Digital Working Environment. Some of them are intended to reinforce or complete face-to-face learning, through access to digital resources and activities, or to offer completely distance learning; other tools allow the student to organize, communicate or inform himself.

1. Practicéa - Accompaniment to digital tools for students

Practicéa is an online self-training space, mandatory for new students. You will find resources and activities to help you master the digital tools of the university: pedagogical platform, communication tools, help with virtual classroom tools, etc...

These digital tools and services are accessible through the university's Digital Working Environment and are essential to the success of your studies.

2. Digital services

2.1 Connecting to ENT

In order to use the various tools made available by the university, authentication is required: ENT, WIFI networks, some University Libraries. If you do not know how to activate your account, where to find your login and password, if you have lost your password and wish to reset it, or if you have a problem activating or resetting your account, please consult this documentation.

2.2 AMU Office Online

AMU Office Online allows you to have, from any workstation connected to the Internet, a messaging system, a calendar, contacts, private or group document storage within Aix-Marseille University. AMU Office Online can be accessed through the ENT under the Office > eOffice tab.

2.4 AMeTICE

AMeTICE is your online course platform. The platform brings together courses from all disciplinary sectors of the university. To access AMeTICE, go to your ENT then click on the "Pedagogy" tab. For more information, connect to the course "Aides aux Outils numériques de l'Université d'Aix-Marseille". For any question related to the use of AMeTICE, you can contact a person from the CIPE.

2.5 GIGUE

Gigue is a tool that allows students to register directly to TD groups only in certain university courses. The access modalities will be specified to you if necessary at the time of your registration.
To register in a TD group, please bring your student card with you. If you don't already have it, you can create a temporary account. Remember to change this temporary account as soon as you get your card by logging in directly with your IDs: this login will allow you to retrieve your temporary account and convert it to a permanent account. You will find all the steps to follow to register on the site.

2.6 Anti-plagiarism COMPILATIO

The University of Aix-Marseille is involved in the fight against plagiarism in teaching and research. The COMPILATIO system has been set up to help teachers automatically detect similarities in the various digital documents submitted by their students as part of their training.

A teacher can use COMPILATIO directly to analyze documents, but he can also use this system in his AMeTICE course assignments.
