Protocole et note sport

Within the framework of Aix-Marseille University's sports offer, this document is intended to provide a framework for the practice of sports during the health crisis. It is the result of consultations between the AS AMU, the Ligue Sud du Sport Universitaire, the SUAPS, and the Faculty of Sports Sciences. It will be updated regularly as the situation evolves.

CONTEXT AND AREAS

The risk of transmission of the virus is accentuated by the practice of sports The risk of transmission of the virus is increased by the practice of sports: strong oro-pharyngeal emission of aerosols (breathing, shouting, singing), forced promiscuity, direct contact between people, sharing of objects and surfaces, closed and/or humid premises... Moreover, wearing a mask is not compulsory during sports practice.

At Aix-Marseille University, sports and athletic activities contribute to cohesion, health and outreach, and are partly part of the training curriculum. This protocol aims at safe sports practice.

It concerns all courses and sports slots given within AMU when they are authorised, in particular leisure, bonus and UE courses of the SUAPS, those included in the training curriculum of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, training sessions and competitions organised by the AS AMU and the Ligue Sud, slots offered by student associations... and organisations that use university sports facilities within the framework of agreements and provision.

We strongly advise you to consult the document presented in this article before taking up a physical and sports activity in the university sports facilities.
