1. At the institutional level

The Committee of the University education and life (CFVU: Commission de la formation et de la vie universitaire) monitors the EFEE system and validates all the decisions defined at the AMU level with regard to the evaluation of training and teachings.

The CFVU relies on the EFEE Monitoring Committee to investigate and prepare proposals for the implementation of the system.

2. At the level of components and training courses

Each component pilots the EFEE system through its own bodies (study committee or pedagogical commission or any authority in charge of piloting the component's training courses).

The student representatives of the component are involved in the implementation of the EFEE system within the component. Each component designates an EFEE coordinator in charge of leading and piloting the EFEE system within the component's training courses.

The EFFE coordinator for each component works in close interaction with the Student Life Observatory, the support service for the system.

3. The Student Life Observatory (OVE)

Attached to the Steering and Evaluation Unit of the DEVE, the OVE is involved in supporting the design and implementation of training courses self-evaluation systems. Within the framework of the EFEE, its mission is to ensure:

  • the deployment of the annual campaign defined in the roadmap,
  • the restitution to the teams concerned of the training and teachings evaluation results,
  • the analysis of the training evaluation results and the implementation of dynamic results supports (component web-reporting),
  • the provision of summary results in the context of computer graphics intended for the components, for the training teams and for the students

4. The Pedagogical Innovation and Evaluation Centre

The main mission of the CIPE is to support, develop and enhance the pedagogical skills of teachers, teacher-researchers and lecturers. Its objective is the development of a quality education, supporting student success. In the field of evaluation, it promotes the appropriation of EFEE results by proposing:

  • an accompaniment in reading the EFEE results
  • training courses dedicated to improving pedagogical practices
  • an EFEE support in pedagogical innovations design, implementation and evaluation.
