The governance of the ITEM Institute is ensured by several complementary bodies. The ITEM Board drives the strategic and operational dynamics of the Institute.
Composition
The Bureau of the Institut ITEM is composed of :

- Deputy Research Director : Patricia BONIN
- Deputy Director of Training : Franck TORRE
- Project Manager: Sophie PEKAR
- Associate members: Carole BARTHELEMY, Xavier DAUMALIN, Daniel FAGET, Pierre FOURNIER, Samuel ROBERT.
Role of the Bureau of the Institute
The Bureau of the Institute ITEM ensures the operational management and prepares the work of the Executive Committee and the Scientific and Training Advisory Board. It participates in the Institute Council in an advisory capacity and meets as often as necessary. The Board stimulates reflection on the environmental transition within the scientific community of the research units and training courses within the Institute's perimeter. It makes proposals concerning the definition of calls for projects financed or co-financed by the Institute.
