  • What should I do if I decide to continue my international mobility?

You must inform :

- AMU's International Relations Department: dri-mobilities@univ-amu.fr and your usual mobility manager in campus DRI or within your component (Faculty, School, Institute).

- Your educational manager at AMU (training manager, referent or International Relations tutor): he or she is aware of the return recommendations that have been sent to you; it is therefore important that he or she knows your choice.

- Your administrative correspondent in the host university (International Relations Department, Study Abroad, Incoming coordinator,...).

It is also essential that you scrupulously follow the health regulations in force in your host country until your departure: https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/fr/conseils-aux-voyageurs/.

You must imperatively register on Ariane to be known by the French consular services in your host country: https://pastel.diplomatie.gouv.fr/fildariane/dyn/public/login.html.

You will receive by sms the emergency messages sent by the French consular authorities, in particular the possibilities of flights to France in the event of the closure of air links and the contact person designated on your account may also be notified if necessary.

Your host university has certainly set up a specific communication system concerning this situation: you must refer to it and follow the recommendations and instructions with the utmost attention.

  • Can I be sanctioned if I decide to stay in mobility?

The decision to interrupt your international mobility and return to France is to be taken by the student. AMU strongly advises a return to France as soon as possible because of :

-the uncertainty linked to the evolution of the health situation in the coming weeks in all regions of the world;

-the uncertainty linked to the continuity of international transport and the real possibility of being "blocked" in the host country.

No disciplinary, pedagogical or financial penalties (scholarship deduction) will be imposed.
