1. Presentation
The INSPE is responsible for training professionals in the fields of teaching education and training through the master's degree in teaching, education and training (MEEF) and about twenty specialties in teaching and training (EF) of other master's degrees, in collaboration with the UFRs of the University of Aix-Marseille and the University of Avignon and the Pays de Vaucluse. These courses are offered at the sites of Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, Marseille and Digne-les-Bains. A set of courses lead to careers in educational research or more specific fields such as professional writer or training manager for safety and prevention of professional risks.

The training offer is completed by the responsibility of teaching units of awareness to the professions of teaching, education and training and access to a number of qualifications such as C2I2e, language certification or even education for the prevention of professional risks. In terms of research, the ESPE is associated with nine laboratories conducting research in education and gathered in a federative research structure, SFERE Provence, and is the holder, in partnership with Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, of a UNESCO Chair in "Scientific and Technological Education and Teacher Training". Open to the world, the ESPE establishes numerous partnerships for training, expertise and research at the regional, national, European, Mediterranean and international levels.
