The missions of the DEPIL
The DEPIL is a service structured into 4business areas of management and consulting:
- Logistics: General resources, vehicle fleet, mobile telephony, green spaces, security guards, company housing, etc.
- Maintenance-Operation Division: Maintenance contracts, regulatory technical inspections, fluid management, etc.
- Printing Systems Division: Reprography, photocopiers, production workshops, etc.
- Works division: Major maintenance, renewal, safety
The DEPIL participates in defining the institution's heritage policy.
It contributes to the preparation and monitoring of the SPSI (Schéma Pluriannuel de Stratégie Immobilière) of Aix-Marseille University.
It carries out all work operations worth less than €3 million on the following themes:
- Security
- Major maintenance and renewal
- Rehabilitation
- Room adaptation
The DEPIL organises all activities relating to the operation of assets, logistics and printing systems to ensure the continuity of public service and user safety with a view to optimising costs. According to the A-B-C-D organisation models, DEPIL undertakes to carry out the activities defined in the Service Contracts with all the components.
It thus ensures the coordination of multiple heritage activities in interface with users on the 5 large AMU campuses, the isolated sites and the Pharo head office.
