The main missions of the DAF :

• Propose the budgetary policy corresponding to the project and the objectives of the institution and ensure its implementation.
• Propose the modalities of the management dialogue and ensure its implementation
• Leading the finance function within the institution
• Provide expertise and advice in the financial field
• Organising and ensuring internal control: budgetary - financial and accounting control
• Managing the financial information system
• Coordinate operational activities related to financial activity

The DAF is articulated around 3 pole directions and a cell:
