VP Equality Women Men Fighting Discrimination Dare to Mix

Dare the Mix gives the floor to Isabelle Régner, University Professor at the Cognitive Psychology Laboratory (UMR CNRS 7290) and Vice-President of Gender Equality and Fight against Discrimination at Aix-Marseille University, to explain how gender bias leads to the under-representation of women in the world of work.

The Cité des Métiers carries out numerous actions on professional equality and gender diversity. Among these actions, on behalf of the State and the PACA Region, it runs the regional platform Osez le Mix (Dare to Mix), which is the reference in terms of actions, current events and a directory of players in the field of professional diversity in the region.
