The University Service of Physical and Sports Activities (SUAPS), which supervises the practice of sports within Aix-Marseille University, is obliged to suspend, as of April 8, 2021, all sports courses following the latest governmental announcements of April 2, 2021
Following the last governmental announcements of April 02, 2021, the SUAPSsuspends from April 8 all the physical and sports activities until further notice.
You will find attached the Protocol and Sports Note which includes all elements of sports practice concerning AMU. Here are some important points:
- The sports offer within AMU (SUAPS, AS AMU...): the courses and training in presence are suspended for the personnel and the students except for the university formation STAPS.
- Teaching within the framework of the STAPS university course: authorised under reinforced health protocol.
- Sports events are prohibited.
However, adigital offer is proposed to AMU students and staff through live sport courses and also through the challenge BOUGE AMU 2021 on the SUAPS Facebook page: Les rendez-vous Sport AMU. The practice must be done in compliance with the "sport" health instructions, the 10km radius and the 7pm curfew.
