As part of the 2019-2020 mathematics year, the Institut de Mathématiques de Marseille (I2M) organizes, during the All Saints' Day holidays, an intensive school week on the theme of mathematics for about twenty high school girls from the Aix-Marseille Academy. The objective is to promote science and discover mathematics in a different way, through the laboratory and this scientific culture experiment.

Date: Monday, October 28 to Friday, November 1, 2019
Location: International Centre for Mathematical Encounters (CIRM)

For a week, where some of them will be on holiday, the high school girls will meet in the magnificent setting of the CIRM (UMS, AMU/CNRS/Société mathématiques de France) on the Marseille Luminy campus to deepen their knowledge of mathematics. The purpose of this experiment is to contribute to the dissemination of culture and the scientific spirit.
