A partnership agreement between the health insurance and three major players in higher education to promote access to rights and health for students

With nearly 7 million young people between the ages of 16 and 25 among its insured, the Health Insurance Fund makes student health, and more broadly the health of young people, a priority. It is in this context that the Caisse Nationale d'Assurance Maladie has made official in this month of March 2022 a partnership agreement associating in particular the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation and the Ministry of Solidarity and Health.

And because collaborating with higher education stakeholders is one of the responses to the specific needs of young students, but also for international students, who need to be accompanied in their empowerment and in learning how to administer their health,  the Bouches-du-Rhône Health Insurance wished in turn to formalize, through the signing of a local "higher education" agreement, the framework of its actions already engaged with Aix-Marseille Université, the Interuniversity Service of Preventive Medicine and Health Promotion, and the Crous Aix-Marseille Avignon.

Within the framework of this agreement, the CPCAM13 and its partners, thus commit to coordinate and strengthen their actions to better:

• favor access to students' rights, including international students,
• act on the difficulties of access to care and social and territorial inequalities in health,
• organize health support for students,
• facilitate access to actions  prevention and health promotion.

In order to promote these common ambitions, we are very pleased to invite you to the official signing of this agreement, which will take place on Tuesday, July 5 at 4:00 pm, at the headquarters of CPCAM13, 56 chemin Joseph Aiguier - 13009 Marseille (Boardroom).
