Administrative registration opens for 2023/2024

Administrative registration opens on June 29, 2023 (except for new baccalaureate holders on July 6, 2023 and Master 1 students on July 12, 2023).
Get ready:

- Visit the website of your faculty, institute or school to find out when registration opens and closes, and when tuition services are closed during the summer.

- Before you register, log on now (or after you've obtained your baccalaureate) to the platform to pay your Contribution Vie Étudiante et de Campus (CVEC) online.

- This does not apply if you are enrolling in a continuing education program, a professional training contract or an "incoming" international mobility program under an ERASMUS-type agreement. In these cases, you don't need to connect to the CVEC platform. However, you are concerned if you are enrolling in an international mobility program as an individual ("free mover"), or if you are moving abroad and paying registration fees in France. To find out what steps to take depending on your situation, go to http://cvec-info.nuonet.fr/la-cvec.html#cmt

- Download your certificate of payment of the CVEC (payment of €100 or by exemption) showing the number of the CVEC certificate, mandatory supporting document required for your online registration and/or in school, depending on your profile.

ATTENTION Candidates admitted via Études en France: your online administrative registration (IA Web) will be possible from June 30, 2023, provided that the consular services have registered the visa agreement in Études en France. An e-mail will be sent to you with instructions on how to proceed (registration link, login, link to CVEC).
