Libraries: online training at Zotero

BU formations Zotero

Simplify the bibliography! From November 23rd, AMU libraries are organising online training courses, in French and English (Zoom AMU), on Zotero, a free and open source software for managing bibliographical references.

> For whom?

For all students, from undergraduate to doctoral level, as well as for teachers-researchers, from all disciplinary sectors.

> Why train at Zotero?

  • Zotero allows you to automatically collect bibliographical references, to organize them, to annotate them, to index them, ... ; to cite your sources automatically in your academic work (footnotes or in the text) or to automatically write a bibliography.
  • Zotero makes it possible to associate to each bibliographic reference the document itself when it exists in digital form (full text of articles in PDF, audio files, video files, ...). Zotero thus allows everyone to build their own digital library.

Zotero is an indispensable tool for all those who need to produce documents with academic requirements. Those who have tried it can no longer do without it!

> To register:

The training courses last 2 hours, take place online and in small groups (10 people maximum).
