Information letter from the President of Aix-Marseille University to the entire university community.

Dear colleagues,
In the continuity of the actions already put in place since the beginning of the year in order to fight against the active circulation of the virus, I would like to inform you that we are continuing our efforts until February 4, 2022. Thus, the current teleworking modalities remain in force until this date.
Telework:
Telecommuting will continue at a rate of 3 days per week for staff whose duties permit it and subject to service requirements. Those who have the possibility to do so can go up to 4 days of telework per week. Concerning on-site work, the reinforced sanitary rules continue to be rigorously applied and audio or video-conference meetings are preferred.
Finally, I would like to remind you that facilities are granted to staff wishing to be vaccinated, as well as for their children, via the special leave of absence scheme as well as the rearrangement of schedules useful for the deployment of sanitary measures.
As always, we are taking these measures with the hope that this epidemic episode will evolve more favorably in the weeks to come.
