Aix-Marseille University presents on 360m² at the Salon du Lycéen et de l'Etudiant (High School and Student Fair)

On 17 and 18 January 2020 from 10am to 6pm at the Parc Chanot in Marseille (hall 1), AMU will have the opportunity to showcase its training offer, which is based on three main themes, in its 360 m² student lounge:

• Interdisciplinarity with the creation of interdisciplinary and inter-component teaching and training and the setting up of six "Interdisciplinary Groups of Thematic Training Courses" whose purpose is to create dialogue and generate synergies between courses from different disciplines related to the same theme. "and, more recently, institutional institutes that combine research and training are emphasizing this approach. The Cité de l'innovation et des savoirs Aix-Marseille (CISAM), which brings together all those involved in innovation and public research in a single location, also promotes university research, particularly interdisciplinary research that is open to economic/industrial needs.
• Double-curricula" which will allow a student to validate two distinct diplomas in less time.
• The internationalization of training with increased mobility, particularly in Europe. The creation of the European Civic University CIVIS, bringing together Aix-Marseille University and 7 European partners (Université libre de Bruxelles, Autonomous University of Madrid, University of Stockholm, University of Athens, University of Bucharest, Eugenio Gaudio, Sapienza Universita de Roma, Universität Tübingen), will make a major contribution to this. In this perspective, the "Language Plan" contributes to the increase of teaching in English and to the improvement of the general level of language students. Future baccalaureate holders and students will also be able to discover study abroad, the rich and dynamic student life, the support adapted to each individual and the sports on offer in the campus life area.

Inauguration of the Salon on Friday 17 January at 10.30 am, in the presence of Éric Berton, President of Aix-Marseille University and Bernard Beignier Rector of the Aix-Marseille Academy, Chancellor of the Universities.
